The City of Fort Wayne Community Liaison organizes a quarterly meeting for neighborhood association presidents and leaders. 

Meetings are held on the first Monday of March, first Monday of June, second Monday of September (*due to Labor Day) and the first Monday of December.

The meetings are held at 6:00–7:30 p.m. in the .
